For the top hatch did you use only 7x7 =349 hatches or did you add more hatches in between each single one?

Where do you usually put your stuff like fabricator, smithy etc when you build something like this?

its not a base lmao its a turret tower to protect your base from the outside
You can use this as a base, but warning you it’s going to be twice the size. 28x28 foundations. Follow everything he did but double it. Inside the inner 14 foundations (the center of the square) will be your base where you can put fabs, ind forges, replicators etc. you’ll have plenty of room. The outside 14x14 (the perimeter of the base) will be the turret tower he built, so just follow the steps. This basically creates a base inside the square surrounded by a tower. If you’re playing on unofficial/boosted this will be especially a great build

Go on local then press options then press triangle square and l1 r1 at the same time then type Prevviewmode 7

if turret limit is over 1k change the turret placement if 100 keep it like it is right on this video

Lol good luck I’ve taken down 100’s of these and built even more. If built properly these can take a minimum of 6 7 stegos if not tanked properly
Put railings on the foundies on the bottom so people can't even walk on it properly

Always high. Anything less they can be rifled
@@trainedorphan9640 tek rifles dont damage turrets but they can be shot with tek drake or tek rex shit like that

just wondering, why use a combination of tek foundations and metal? wouldn't a full layer of tek or metal work better?
its makes them have to split between tek and rockets to get rid of it.

another reason is that when they try to break with catapult the tek foundations it will be harder cause it doesn t deal so much damage
or c4,rockets, tek rifle etc

Hey man, just wanted to tell you I followed this and built it the same way except I used only metal and I added a few things to it. Overall I love the build it’s crazy big and scary at my base. I appreciate this.
Thank you, it doesn’t matter if u use all metal I just used metal and tek because it looks nicer and if u have the materials for it u can do with tek ofc
Why tek and Metal?
Its harder to destroy, c4 does only 500dmg or something to tek structures and tek rifles/ dinos with tek saddle also only do around 100/200dmg on metal structures. If everything was metal it could be easily c4ed, u can choose if u want to do the cage with tek and metal or only metal that doesn’t really care I just did it with tek
