Realistically Rodin wins with no question This is mostly because he faces what's essentially the same Godzilla (which if you are fluent in the heisei lore how do you say Godzilla should be stronger in rodan's film due to him getting stronger over time) Rodan does significantly better against Godzilla to the point where he's ripping out chunks of flesh and even manages to drop Godzilla at some point while mothra and bacteria on the other hand had to use every single hack and ability that they had while working together just to have a temporary defeat over Godzilla and one of them still died (it's also been stated in lore that neither mothra or battra are capable of hurting Godzilla unless if they work together)
