I am from the U.S. and have been in love with the Māori people and their traditions for at least 10 years or more. I have watched as many videos as I can get my hands on, especially the competitions between the groups and the hakas and varied songs. I must admit that this group is one of the very best I have ever seen, especially the haka. Their rhythm, pronunciation, cadence, facial expressions, vocals and much more have been stellar and I am including adult groups in this. They are perfection!!! I hope you all continue…..it would be a shame for your groups to lose you. Thank you for your wonderful performance! Their parents must be so very proud.

Kia Ora! What an absolutely beautiful performance by the Maori Children. It's inspiring to see how New Zealand embraces and celebrates its native culture, setting a wonderful example for the world. The talent displayed by these young children is truly impressive, and it reflects the richness of the culture they inherit. It's commendable that New Zealand has taken a different approach compared to some other countries, respecting and preserving the traditions of the land they inhabit. It's unfortunate that history has not been as kind to the Native Americans in North America, and my heart goes out to them for not having the same opportunities. Marlon Brando's efforts to promote understanding and appreciation for indigenous cultures were indeed brave and commendable. It's a shame that his voice couldn't continue to pave the way for change. In any case, I am genuinely proud of New Zealand as a country and its people. The way they have embraced their heritage while fostering unity is truly remarkable. Wishing Aotearoa (New Zealand) all the very best as a nation going forward!
