Hey brother, I have 09 Gmc sierra 5.3 bn having issues while driving. voltage drops to arnd 12v nd truck hesitates. loss of power. 3 months like this, no CE light til ystrday after pulling boat. new batt. today, same issue. At a loss. Dis/Veteran (USMC), not a lot of $ to keep throwing at each month. Any ideas wld be greatly apprectd. Awesome Videos!!

Is hard to change the water pump?

Hey thank you my guy, this is the most accurate video I could find for my 2014 ford focus se. I’m having the same problem as far as my car going completely dead. I was told it could be a starter but I figured it could possibly be battery first since the car completely goes black. So now my first step is a brand new battery, recent it stopped going in reverse and doesn’t accelerate in drive. Any additional advice

I just bought a 79 Firebird that has these same rotors and calipers. I seem to have to push the brake pedal down further that I should need to and just replaced the master cylinder. No Difference. You mentioned that the rotors have to go on a certain way which would indicate that they are side specific. If what you are say is correct about the slots starting at the center and pointing towards the rear, mine are on the wrong sides. Question; how did you determine the correct orientation and do you think it would cause the sort of problem I described about a soft-ish pedal? Brakes have all been bleed including the master cylinder. Is it worth the effort to switch sides?

The service manual specifies a torque on the castle nut while spinning the rotor before backing it up. Your fingers will not seat the inner bearing properly. As stated you didn’t even put on the spring on the inner pad that snaps into the piston hole. FWIW your suppose to put the pads in the calliper first on 1st and 2nd Gen Camaros. Your calliper is not a Bear or Wilwood! Those are the types you slide in the pads once the calliper is on the calliper bracket. Also apply brake grease to all sliding surfaces and O rings and pins.😮

I have. 2008 Chevy Silverado and the indecator don’t show and the speed gauge doesn’t go up when I drive it when I accelerate it in the light it struggles to go fast but then after it drives good is there anything I can do about that

you didn't even have to remove the strut. All you had to do was disconnect the CV axle from the flange on the differential and then loosen the axle nut through the hub and bang it right out. You just made a whole bunch of unnecessary work for yourself.

My ac worked perfectly for anwhile while the radio always had a issue with turning off when the door is opened even while running. Now the back door to my envoy xuv wont close. It has one of those lame pressure switches. Seeing the door is always "open" the radio now only works when it wants to. New issue now with my ac, it blows the fuse everytime i change the setting. Told my wife not to touch it but she did. Ive gone through over 10 #30 fuses. Other than changing the relay i dont know how to fix the ac so it wont consistently blow the same fuse.

Ford Focus 2012. 55,000 miles. Car always serviced by Ford. I had 7 transmission errors including “transmission overheating” and “transmission error” and transmission malfunction, service now”. All errors occurred in stop and go traffic, both city and highway, uphill in hot summer months. I turned the engine off for 10 minutes, restarted and was able to continue driving. TCM was replaced by Ford about 3 years ago. Then last week in highway stop and go very hot, I had the transmission error again 5 times. I finally left the car on the side of the road. I came back at night to get my car. Car started right away and I drove home without any problem. 5 days later I brought the car to Ford to be checked. According to Ford there were no error transmission codes. Is this legit that error codes reset themselves if the car restarts and can drive or did I get b.s. handed to me?

It hasn't worked particularly well for me. I ended up pulling the shaft out of the old pump, and installing the installer screw is threaded the same as the pusher nut and bearing, so I end up half the time unscrewing the installer screw, rather than pushing the pulley on the shift. Very frustrating.

You need to steady da camera. Other than dat great video. I'm doing my body mounts right now also ( 78'cj5). My rust looks jus like yours. My rear 2 mounts have no bolts. It has no hole for a bolt. I got 1 more mount to repair. It's in the middle. I think I need to remove the driver seat and cut a square to access the captured nut.

Those 1980 to 1986 trucks are getting hard to find. Especially one that is not beat up or rusted out. I remember these trucks being brand new.

You should have rotated it forward aswell as reverse.

I just replaced that light with the original part, it was broken, I removed the old one, cleaned everything the gasket should touch, I tightened a little bit, it rained 3 days later and saw wet only the left corner of the ceiling, so more likely is the rear door weather strip, but also I discovered the main leak, which are both vents between the bed and the cab

Thanks for this video, I'm down in S Florida so I dont care about the heat. one question, I'm trying to figure out if its my Climate or AC control Module "as in the one you showed at the end of this video" OR if its my Blower fan Module or resistor as some call it under my glove box. The issue is my fan will only blow on the highest speed #5, not on 1-4. On top of this the air is uneven distribution, blows out the passenger sides but not the drivers side. This is for the AC. I actually haven't checked the heat, I never use it.. Do you know how I can narrow that down? Thanks in advance.

I picked up a 86 F-150 4 x 4 extended cab paid 450 for the truck and another $50 to get home it has only 55,000 miles on it. A old lady used it for her farm truck only it's never seen Highway very little these little bullnose are getting hard to find 175,000 that's not bad on a little truck there's a lot of parts out there available for it they quite have not hit the market yet like the dent side 70s trucks and you definitely scored that for $200 can't wait to see what you going to do with it in the future and that is a smog pump delete it don't need it

there’s a grommet under the passenger floor board you could drill straight through it that’s what i did i’m having an issue though my subs are only putting out mid to high end bass. my lows are only coming from my factory sub. i been scratching my head for days
