GIANTS ONLY!!! 2023 shed hunting season highlights. 400" single, huge brown and white elk sheds. All antlers are 350" and were found between March 15th and April 12th, except for the "mini giant" birthday shed. This was a Dream Season for me. On my 3rd trip out I found a 180.5" brown. I spent the rest of the year looking for the other side... I never did find it, but I found a bunch of other bi...

Is finding sheds good luck? I found one in 2023, But I was skeptical about it since it was my first year hunting?
I do it because I love being in the mountains and it’s great exercise.

I did find several smaller 5 and 6 points, but these are just the big dogs from 2023
If elk get to live to older age, they get big like those beauties.

Those are some cranker bulls! The wife still holds the biggest elk shed record in our house, a 370 giant from here in N. Idaho. Never did find the other side, after five tries. Way to go and thanks for sharing those with us.
