Thanks for uploading this. Most enjoyable.
If this is a video about Vita, why is Virginia the first picture?
Sorry, I got it wrong and never got round to change it
This is a beautiful thing to watch. The photographer loved the subject.
The first image, of course, is Virginia Woolf, not VS-W . . .
We did catbells a couple of year ago. We walked from Keswick first. I found it quite tough, but then I am quite old and quite unfit. Worth it though.
Thank you so much for the amazing video. I was looking for a informativ video. I'm thrilled!!
Yes, it isn’t changed yet. I suppose most people will recognize the first photographic portrait is Virginia Woolf.
Beautiful house...very very elegant! :)
Wow that is very cool! I like castles! ︵ ︵ ︶
I need to get back there sometime
Just got back from a 5 day hike from hostel to hostel starting in Keswick ending at Windermere...... first time in The Lakes for me...... loved it albeit scary at times 🧗♂️
Hi Mick, got the notification that you had subscribed to my channel. Sent you an email to your BW address, but not sure if it is current. Reg's Eric.
Hi Mick, it's been a long time. Enjoyed your presentation very much and a very interesting voice over too with plenty of facts. You were very lucky to see lions, we had a safari holiday in Southern Africa back in 2017 which lasted around three weeks with loads of game drives, including Kruger National Park, and didn't see a single lion!! Elephants zebras giraffes etc were plentiful, but the lion proved to be elusive. Any more shows of game drives in the pipeline? I do hope so. All the very best, Steve.
So happy to see this story of Vita Sackville west my 3rd cousin 7 times removed
Nicely done...
Thanks Steve, will go back in coming year to have another go. Have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and yours Mick
This popped up on my home page and I couldn't resist clicking on it again, enjoyed it just as much as I did when I was a young man!! - Happy Christmas Mick.
Wow , I wasn't expecting that Mick, there was certainly a lot of flesh on display there!! It looks as though you had a lot of fun. Glad you got your video camera out at last. Surprised that you didn't have any opening titles or closing credits though. It is difficult videoing street parades, you have to think very quickly and hope that something exciting will happen once you hit that red button. Luck does play an important role, but the more you practice, the luckier you get!! Keep 'em coming ...
Lovely pictures Mick - goes to show there is far more to Barcelona than the likes of Lionel Messi.
Enjoyed your presentation Mick. Beautiful music and photographs, a winning combination.
Nicely done Mick, isn't Autumn the best time of the year for photography and even videos? I'm a sucker for pampas grass anyway!!
+63myvidsteve Hi Steve, glad you liked it plus I looked up your show on Wakehurst. Great place for photography any time but particularly in Autumn.
Walked this two weeks ago from Hawes End. Be sure to start from Hawes End as it has free parking and direct route to the summit therefore avoiding the boat journey. Started the climb at 9am and completed by 11am. The walk was a scramble in places but excellent. I loved it.
Fairy Tale landscape!
Well Mick, what can I say? It looks as though you had a great time and your traveling companions certainly know how to rock and roll! Maybe not one of your better offerings, but at least any video with, ';Needles & Pins' in it, cannot be all bad!!
I walked this last september
Ah yes Mick, you can't beat a bit of, "fiddly diddly", can you? As ever, very nicely done. looked like a lot of fun.
Great show again Mick - we went there last July and had a lovely day out apart from the traffic! Regarding Mr Whetstone's comment, when I started saving my video, I called it, "Poleston Lacey". What's in a name?
Thank you so much for taking an interest in my show and for pointing out the error. I don't know how I came to do that as the photo in my folder is entitled "Virginia Woolf"! I'll change it as soon as I can.
As ever Mick, another stunning show.
Hi Steve, Thanks for your comments. I hope you have a good day at Hever, weather looks fine and I look forward to the video.
Excellent pictures and presentation as usual Mick. Plan to go there tomorrow with camcorder in hand. Will attempt to capture the castle and gardens in all their spendour...
Nice one, Mick - I hope you're going to post it on TDS! ;)
Lovely video, thanks for sharing
I guess it's kinda off topic but does anybody know a good website to stream new series online?
@Elias Ellis i watch on flixzone. You can find it on google :)
@Elias Ellis i use FlixZone. Just google for it =)
Nice, thanks for uploading.
Fantastic!
What a stunning video! Had me hooked waiting to see what effects were coming up next. Could easily have been overdone but IMO you got it pretty much perfect. Oh, and nice pictures too!! Deserves more than 62, 'hits', since March of last year.
Absolutely beautiful as always. Well done and thank you for sharing. An Ex pat now residing in the USA via Sevenoaks, Kent :)
What's an "O" between friends!
It is Polesden Lacey not Polesdon Lacey
I love this place, just feel like seeing the daffodils and the birds in the park...
