Step 1 Perform a cold boot. Step 2 Quickly release all the keys when the screen goes black. Step 3 Within 1 second, press and hold down [ESC]+[0] keys until the left orange LED starts blinking. Step 4 Release [ESC] and [0] keys. Step 5 Enter "1" to proceed with the clean boot sequence. Enter "0" to cancel the clean boot and proceed with a cold boot.

some of the 9090 os works faster but some of the 9000 work fast too people mark the fast ones at work and hide them the buggers. loose batteries with a slight knock can make it reset and when ya in a rush to get finished can be a pain but they have had there good share of use

By "cold resetting" MC70 You DON'T loose any data/sw/settings. Only DATE/TIME resets to 2005/01/31 0:00:00

Do you know, why the orange LED don't blinks on my Datalogic Memor? Every Time I try to reset it, it is first RED for a half second, then green and then it is permanently orange. So the orange LED is on, but it don't blinks. I want to reset the Memor but I can't -.- What can I do?
