Don’t use GLP-1 meds that have been either frozen, or exposed to temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit). The meds are effectively *ruined* in either case, and may even be unsafe to use, depending on how good the preservative is. 😭

Appreciate you making effort to upload your journey. Honestly you should have rather measured yourself rather than check weight. Weight is not very accurate representation of what's changing in your body especially in a short span of 2 weeks. Also I feel like majority of your symptoms was related to the adaptation process for the drug and would/could/should subside should u continued the treatment longer

I’ve been to festivals on my own and I absolutely love it! It’s great to go with friends, but even when I do, I’ll always go on a solo side quest and I typically have more fun than with my group

I started Saxenda 6 weeks ago, and it has been a game-changer. From the start, my appetite decreased significantly, leading to immediate weight loss. I gradually increased the dosage every two weeks as I was comfortable reducing my meal sizes. While I experienced some reflux, it was manageable. However, I can't drink alcohol while on Saxenda, as it causes nausea, bloating, and increased hunger. A crucial lesson has been listening to my body's hunger cues. With Saxenda, I feel satisfied with one-third of my usual portions, making it easier to make healthier choices and avoid mindless eating. It's been an excellent tool for portion control, but it's not a magic solution. I had to actively change my old eating habits, paying attention to hunger levels and stopping when comfortably full. While Saxenda has reduced my overall calorie intake, I can still enjoy larger meals occasionally if i want. However, it has made it easier to make conscious decisions about when and how much to indulge, rather than overeating out of habit. Overall, my experience has been incredibly positive. By combining its appetite-suppressing effects with mindful eating habits and portion control, I've dropped from 112kgs to 102kgs. I'm excited to continue this journey and achieve my weight loss goals while maintaining a healthy relationship with food.

If they sell you something thats not in stock for months thats a scam. Its 2024 and in western Europe everything should arrive within 7 days. Most shops are 1-3 days.

All these drugs do is make you sick so you don’t eat anything. I’ve tried Wegovy and I am on Saxenda right now. I want to stop it. Burping and nausea

I am looking at your video April 24, 2024, in Canada and, I am glad I cancelled the prescription my doctor ordered. The reason I cancelled it is because of all the videos I have been watching of people complaining about the miserable side effects. Thank you for being honest about your journey, so far. My main reason is space lol , but I love them .. I also have a large avocado 🥑 that I snuggle with over night

If you’d eaten right and not snacked at all between right sized balanced meals, you’d have lost weight naturally anyway. Eat right shit right and keep fit enjoy life. Drugs drugs drugs is a quick fix for everything but cannot be a lifestyle. Be careful everyone don’t think of short term benefits. Think of long term health

I started Saxenda and I was scared of needles but I also got dizzy often and I’m really just doing this for my health and Dawn has made me feel much better

How do you up the dose on the pen? Do I just turn it to a higher dose or I need to get a new pen with new dosage?
