Great video! It looks like you got there at a perfect time. We have been a couple times and seen both great weather and bad. The one year we went we experiences extremely high water levels.

Very cool, Do they have races for 2 dog kick sleds? I’ve been bike joring, skateboard joring, canicross and just this season was giving a kick sled for Christmas and fell in love with it. I would love to race just for the adrenaline and experience but don’t know if they even have 2 dog kick sled races?
2 -Dog just became a class in nearby Kearney's Dog Sled Races last year and is indeed becoming more popular in North America as people with less dogs or resources enter the sport!

@@kicksleddogscallofthewild5158 look for pages like ofss.ca, sleddogsport.net, isdra.org, & sleddogcentral.com. They all have lots of introductory information that is very helpful, as well as resources to help you and your canines get started!
@@kicksleddogscallofthewild5158 A few things I would start with - you'll want to get some sled dog specific harnesses that fit the dog well, the tuglines/gangline should attach to the back of the specific sled harness right over the dog's back end without going over the base of the tail, and the lines from the dogs should attach to the front of the sled (brushbow) rather than up at the handlebars. Seems like you guys are off to a great start and having fun!
