Thankyou for sharing this. I know she set the mood for your Comic-Con experience 😊 she did that for me and many Saturday. When the audience had access to ask questions- may actually just complimented her for spreading positive vibes. Her positivity led me to give my waitress my weekend pass so she could go Sunday ❤

@@successlifeskillsservices2544 She sure did. I didn't expect meeting her would be the highlight of the comicon but it was. In fact, I was more excited to meet another guest who I barely spoke to for a minute and wasn't that interested in seeing after all. I actually wanted to get in line to speak with Debra again but the line was so long and I wanted others to get her positive vibe and smiles. That was very generous of you to give her your pass. We need to spread kindness, compassion, and love in this world. it's running short on good people. All it takes to make a difference is one act of random kindness a day.

@@knightrcer omg we had almost twin experiences! She started crying because she saw someone who knew her from when she was a mental health counselor and I felt bad trying to grab more of her time so I let it go but her energy was everything wasn’t it :)

@@successlifeskillsservices2544 It sure was. Except when I got home I wanted to do some more research on what current projects she was working on and I found a video of why she really left Mad TV. She stood up for her right to be paid as much as the other actors and I'm a firm believer in equality. And moreso at the time she was the only black woman doing what she did with her talent on the show. No other black woman on that series from the pilot until the later years. I hope I didn't dredge up any bad memories for her since it was practically the only thing I talked to her about knowing her from, how much she made me laugh back then. Even if I did unintentionally, she smiled through it and gave me a great experience. Meeting a celebrity who is down to Earth and loves her fans, bless her for that too. She's something special alright, she's got class. And to find out that she was a mental health counselor, she keeps going up levels to me. Hope I see her again next comicon.
