Abu Mohammed Al Maqdisi also said he only refrained from takfiring Ibn Baz and Ibn Uthaymeen BECAUSE OF MASAALIH AND MAFAASID, not because they didn't commit kufr. He also said Takfiring Ibn Baz and Ibn Uthaymeen was a matter of Ijtihād.

Abdurrahman Hassan is clearly saying, you can only warn against an innovator after it's clear that someone listens to him, before that, it's backbiting. This is wrong You literally posted the ulama refuting that statement, when they're saying, you're allowed as long as there is a benefit, if I tell someone about a certain innovator and say "this is what he says, and this a statement of bid'ah and the proof is...", I don't need to ask him "do you know who I'm about to tell you about? do you read his books? listen to his tapes? read his articles?" Abdurrahman Hassan is clear-cut telling you a principle: DO NOT TALK ABOUT INNOVATORS UNTIL YOU KNOW THE PERSON YOU ARE TALKING TO ALREADY LISTENS TO THIS INNOVATOR This is baatil, and bring me one statement of a scholar who says this, you're bringing scholars who are all saying, it's allowed if there is any benefit Shar3i in that, they did not restrict this to informing someone that the one they're listening to is an innovator so stop listening to him, rather they clearly allowed that someone informs a person who may not know of this innovator so that he WILL not listen to him and be wary of this innovator. Read Shaykh Fawzan's book on Innovated Methodologies, beautiful book, and he warns against people by name: Muhammad Qutb, Suroor and others. He did not say: don't bring up names because maybe someone doesn't know this individual. Essentially, provide your proof that the maslahah here is restricted to only after I know that I'm speaking to someone who listens to the innovator and that before I know this or before he starts listening to him, it's not allowed, when you just claimed yourself that it's allowed to speak about the innovator if there is a maslahah, this is unrestricted to before and after. If I know there's a guy running around Saudi spreading the bid'ah of khurooj, then I'm allowed to name him, call him out, so that the people don't BECOME deceived by him in future. EG. "ikhwaan, fulaan is calling for khurooj and he says this and this, beware of this man and stay away from him" According to you, this is blameworthy and haraam backbiting, even though there is a clear maslahah there, and you just brought the statements of the scholars refuting you saying: if there's a benefit then you can talk. No restrictions there, as long as there is a benefit, speak. Refute. Name him if the situation calls for it. And they never said, the benefit only applies after the person has started listening to him and becoming misguided by him, rather the benefit before he hears of him maybe even greater depending on the situation as he knows and can watch out for what's coming. For example someone sees a video of Hamza Yusuf for the first time: "Oh yes, my shaykh warned me of this man already, he's misguided. I'm not going to listen to a word of what he says nor will I watch this video." If you deny the maslaha here, you're either a jaa7id or you are from the most ignorant of people, but you won't of course. And if you affirm there is indeed a benefit in warning against the innovator before the person knows of him, then you've applied the hujjah upon yourself by saying "we can speak about innovators when there's a benefit" Noone sits around talking about innovators' beards and their clothing choice, and what car they drive, we warn against their innovation and misguidance, so that people don't become confused by this innovator and so people can learn the correct Aqeedah and Manhaj. As you know, one of the means of teaching Aqeedah to the people is through refutations, so this is enough of a maslahah, on top of making the people watch out for this innovator so they are AWARE of his tricks and deceptions BEFORE he comes to them, what more maslahah do you want? barakAllaahu feek akhi, and may Allaah guide you and I to the straight path, you have some good work, so does Abdurrahman Hassan and I don't personally make tabdee3 of him although I think he has innovated principles in this area and is not strong in manhaj but he is strong in the other areas so may Allaah rectify his affairs

this is the difference between followers of the Sunnah and followers of Hadith. The 4 Schools of Fiqh/madhabs have no dispute/disagreement that it is Sunnah to make dua AFTER salah but the Salafis reject the established Sunnah and follow the hadith books and this leads them astray from Islam.

I'll put it here too: In summary; The Mu'tazila believe seeing Allah is an impossibility and they use a quranic evidence in which Musa asked Allah to see Allah and Allah responded with saying "you will not see me", but the Musa asking Allah to see Him shows that Musa affirmed the possibility of it occurring although it is the creed of the Mu'tazila that those who affirm the possibility of seeing Allah have committed disbelief which in turn neccesitates Musa being ignorant of the reality of Tawheed and fell into kufr too which is impossible and thus the creed of the Mu'tazila is false

Brother, all Asharis and Mauturidies claim they love the 4 imams, sufyatayns, bin Mubarak I don’t see the point in testing with them it doesn’t say much of anything if they love them.
