I also used the Leder tanning solution and I have encountered two problems: I have take the skin out of the solution, rinsed it with the water and hung it to dry however there is a blueish tinge all over the wool that I can't seem to get out. The second is more of a curiosity than anything else, but my leather never went hard. I did use a whole bottle of the lube so I am wondering if it stayed soft because of that? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Sawdust, big ball bearings and a cement mixer will make it REALLY soft. I've never seen that blue tanning solution before. I use alum.

As a how-to video you didn't show much in the way of how to. You didn't cover anything about the shape the profile or leading edge or tailing edge needed to be.

I'm not an expert at all but I'm thinking that if hunting boomerangs are all you have, you are going to spend a lot of time being hungry.

I made a boomerang when I was a kid. It didn't last very long. The one time it came back to me I ducked instead of catching it and it broke in half. Was a lot of work to make and get flying right just for it to break.

No wonder they have sooo many bunnies! Lol

Im only concerned about the speed, idk how im supposed to hit a rabbit with it unless it stands still and doesnt see me. Are these reliable or its it one of those "when you eventually hit" kind of things?
