You missed the fact that Apple European HQ is above the shopping centre all the way to the top.

London is so expensive. The price of these apartments is extortionate. 1.5 million for a 1 bed is beyond the means of most people from the UK. I would imagine this entire development is marketed for the foreign investor. If you factor in the crime and general anti social behaviour in Battersea or South London generally, the developer will struggle to attract the wealthy clientele. 14 years of Conservative rule has ruined the reputation of London.

Man, improve your English. I know that it is colloquial talk, but you said “There is lots and lots of apartments here”. Is English your first language? I presume not….

Love the complex. However the Peabody housing association responsible for most of the shared ownership round there is criminal.

First time watching one of your vids mate, and found it really informative, but please don't feel the need to use rapid cuts. It's actually distracting. Trust your audience to be able to deal with a pause or a breath. I understand cuts between takes and when you've finished a section, but cuts between every sentence or even within sentences isn't necessary. Hope that helps. But like I say, really succinct and informative. Consider me a subscriber.

if you are making 35k in private equity then you are being scammed. At least 50k base in a mid market where you work considerably less hours than in IB. 35k is around what big 4 pay to their analyst, so totally other lower league

Carillon were hugely dishonest. They stole from supplier staff and ultimately thier shareholders. The point that is no wisely reported is the role of govt procurement. How could you award a contract to an organisation that varied its price so hugely
