It's possible, but i don't know for sure. We had a PC to test the game on. On a laptop, the performances are a bit lower compared to a PC.

Yeah, John Carmack really pushed the boundaries with the technology available at the time. It's impressive how he managed to utilize the NSR tech for lighting on the GeForce 2 series, even though it was a more primitive setup. Doom 3's graphics were ahead of their time, and it shows when you crank up the settings.

Yeah, also the capture image quality isn't the highest, but the game gets faster and faster is harder and harder to react to it. 😄

We have a cheap RCA to USB 2.0 capture card. The N95 comes with TV output via RCA cable, but i think this is the maximum resolution i can get out of this device. What N95 are you planning on getting, i would recommend getting the N95 8GB version (i think you can run Quake on it).

That sounds like a great find! The NAM or N95-3 model from 2007 is definitely a gem, especially with its unique features compared to the 8GB version. It's cool to hear about Dante Leoncini's work on a Quake 3 version for this phone. I'd love to see that modification released as well! It would be amazing to experience Quake 3 on such a classic device
