How thick was the tape you used

How were you finally able to install the new fuel filter? Could you update the video on your solution as we are trying to do ours and can’t figure out how to get the bottom of filter in the hose.

Squirting carb cleaned in the intake doesn’t clean the carb The brass bolt on the bottom of the bowl is where the jets are that need cleaning There’s also a second jet you access below a phillips head screw from the top Take the phillips off and look down to a tiny brass jet that you can remove with a small flathead screw driver To get to that top screw mentioned above With the bowl off you can pull the manifold to carb bolts out and wiggle the carb off look at how the linkages Ho and turn the carb sideways and remove them Those two things are causing the surging

What are the part numbers. Online, there are numerous different sparkplug, air, and fuel filters, and the online owners' manual doesn't say. Also, thank you for the video it's very helpful.

The added MPG comes from it drawing warmer air . Now it does make more sound . Thanks for posting

Still have the Rv? I own a 1990 toyota dolphin V6...you have some good prints about the engine but I take more power and space over a struggling 4 cylinder...I owned a 4 cylinder new horizon it struggled....

I think that’s why the newer ones don’t have the front windows. Ours is inset from the wall. Just basically a leak magnet. I was considering buying some fiberglass and patching it up with insulation. It’s too hot up there with the window and in the winter it’s too cold plus it’s a privacy nightmare. Our cab over area is just storage anyway.

Dude awesome! Seems pretty simple it’s all about making it water tight and better insulated. I wish guys like you and me could design these RV’s I’d put 3-4 smaller windows max, and I’d make them double pane as well, less condensation! Anyway thanks for the help and ideas.
