Wow! Very cool and informative!
This looks fantastic and something I'd like to try on my 12v (into 4 60w small motors). I have a Syren 50a on my larger 24v loco.
Cool idea!
yeah let's make a tool then cut it short😂 so instead of having it long so dont hsce to get all way to top lmao great idea but make u longer one then that
No need, Moen puts one in their kitchen facets box
Slick move!!!
W dad ngl
Video is too small to see what you're doing
I NEED ITTT
I can tell they never done a radio how they act
I have a Syren 50 coming for a locomotive project as well. I am wondering how your experiment is coming along and if you have any regrets or advice.
I just posted a video yesterday with first run with the new controller and syren 50 driver.
I would like to see more about this product and how it is wired.
I will post something soon. I do have other videos with the controller and motor driver setup.
Really cool!
Corrected the problems I had with the Futaba transmitter on my engine. a&e 2501 works very well now. A very good transmitter / receiver.
I would like to see your setup.
Really helpful videos. It's not clear to me if the trigger on the boat controller allows variable speed (aside from the cruise thingy) - e.g. like a gas pedal, or is it just on/off?
I think I show that in earlier videos. There is an option to use linear or exponential throttle.
@@mjbop1 Ah, thanks! Keep it coming!
What is the momentary switch you have attached to the receiver? I need something like that button push on/off.
I used this from Amazon in the video a.co/d/2T1t0rV
From Amazon, it arrives Saturday....🤠 😸
It arrived! I managed to put togeather a PDF version of the manual. ( doesn't require a magnifying glass to read ) Thanks for your videos. They help me a lot. 👍
Very cool! Pretty close to sliced bread!
Repost of a sabertooth video but I wanted to help searches for the DS-4a.
Looks really cool!
Rodney needs a retrofit!
🤣🤣🚂🚂 Great series of videos you're doing on it.
For this Receiver/Transmitter did you jumper S2 to S1? I got a similar (or the same... look the same under different names) that I want to work on my engine.
Yes. Review some of my other videos. I go over all the sabertooth settings and wiring.
The boat controller is cool. AliExpress web site is deceiving.
The ability of each wheel to be able to roll independently of each other is very smart.
Thank you. I am thinking of moving away from the car controllers and going to a Bluetooth train controller. 🙄
Thank you for your videos. It is pointing me in the right direction. Unfortunately I have had issues with the Futaba system. A friend has connected his engine with a Blunami bluetoot controller. It seems to be working fine for him. That is the direction I want to go. 🤔
Nice
Great Video!
Hello.Show the video how you make wheels.Thank you.

@@mjbop1 Thank you very much.
Thank you! I am having issues with my 2x60. It is using a Futaba 3PKA transmitter and R203GF receiver. Unfortunately the transmitter is connected to the 2x60 by the trigger. This is bad because the trigger is too sensitive. I am thinking of switching the channels so the wheel controls the throttle. I wonder if yours would work the same connected to the 2x60 instead of the 1x50.
I will make a video tomorrow. Please like and subscribe!
Uploading new video now
What were the DIP switch settings you used on the 2x60? I am trying to do something similar.
imagine if it had a doorbell-like machine that made the sound when you switch it
What do you do if you snap it off in the opposite direction, with the spring stuck inside the leg?
You could reverse the spring. That might work.
Hi thank you for your help when push horn button relay was coming in i pulled the LH headlight to look at horn connection found a rat had chewed wires into i repaired wires had to add a bit to each wire now i have a horn.
I’m in need of replacing my boiler, and this is one I am considering. After 5yrs of use, do you recommend it?
No problems at all. Make sure you do the tempering loop. I think I mention it in the video.
You could have taken the plugs out of the face so you can get it in easier
Did you make the piston holder or buy it!? If so where from?
The speed shop that asked me to cut the pistons gave me the fixture for the job. I know they purchased it but I don’t know where.
Just did this today. 2004 Chrysler Town & Country. Worked perfectly. So easy, and what a simple fix. Only thing I would say is, mine did use the purple and green wire, but where I had to put the jumper wire into the relay slots was opposite of this video. It was the UPPER LEFT. Horn works, and the horn still signals for the car alarm when you beep the remote. I used solderless heat shrink tubing for the connection, then electrical tape. You just push the wires together inside the tube, and use a heat gun. Very easy. You can buy them on Amazon. Thanks a a million for a great hack! Now my 3 year old son can't say, "Dada... honk-honk is boken! (Broken)" 🤣
My brideport knee handle keeps popping off while I am cranking it. It sucks, one turn pops off, one more turn pops off, gerrrrr. I am going to buy one made for using in a drill to power crank it. If I don't like how it works I am going to cut the back end off so it slides on and the back end is open. Then I can drill the shaft and put a bolt in to keep the handle on. Next I am going to make a pivoting handle so I can pivot it out, crank the knee up or down and then pivot it inwards out of the way. I will put in a detent system so the pivoting handle stays in or out as needed.
Nice,,just what i needed,,thanks
Awesome
Thanks. Good idea
Lens for what?
Pyle National headlight for 2.5” scale. Just posted another short showing the parts.
Are you selling these?
I've got a 10K and I've been thinking about putting a DRO on it and would like to see how you fabbed up your cross slide.
I should have done a build video. Maybe I could shoot something and describe the build?
please do!@@mjbop1
Perfekt✅💯💯💯
Where did you get the wire from?
I tear apart all kinds of junk and save stuff. There is good wire in many household items.

Seemed like a lot of chatter but was probably just the camera
I rarely get chatter on that lathe. I think the 4000 pounds has something to do with it.
It's all in the shape of the cutting tool.
