My tip if you are unfortunate enough to be flying on Swiss is to keep a record of every interaction you have with the airline. A while ago I had to change a booking but their incompetent customer service lost the details of the change, I ended up missing the flight and they wanted to charge me for a whole new flight. They basically stole my money and accused me of lying about making the change. The whole thing was a really unpleasant experience. So if you are flying on Swiss, try not to need any customer service, but if you do then record everything, and make sure they have recorded everything too.

Boardings are done completely wrong, you are boarding the front seats of the plain first which makes the boarding taking twice the time than it should. A correct boarding should be done from the back to the front.

We flew from Brazil to Switzerland with a connection to Marseille France for a cruise for seven nights they lost our luggage said it would be returned the next day we left for the cruise. It was not there every day. They said it’ll be in the next port in the next port every day, then one day was going to Cairo Egypt. We weren’t even going to Egypt on a cruise, lack of customer service they reimbursed us for 50% of what we spent. It was a five star cruise. I was very embarrassed. I had two days worth of clothes. I complain when I get back they gave me 250 voucher only to fly with Swiss only to Zürich, which I’ll never do. I’ll never use Swiss air again, very poor very disappointed also, broken chair and business class would have a life flat entertainment center was terrible

My suitcase got lost with those of others from Vienna - Zurich - Newquay. I got a tracking number yesterday at Newquay airport but so far no update, they couldn't locate my suitcase 😢 I'm leaving Newquay soon and hope it will return to me in time :(

Swiss lost 4 of our bags and ruined our whole vacation. Day 4 and were washing underwear in the hotel sink. We have called them, emailed, our airtags show where they are and they still wont help us. NEVER FLY SWISS AIR, SHAME ON YOU!!!
